Shift & Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 36 Hours/Week
• Rotating Schedule
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a hospital-based respiratory care team in Hyannis, MA. The ideal candidate will provide advanced respiratory care, ventilatory support, and emergency response services for patients across multiple age groups, including neonatal and pediatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage, and wean ventilatory support using lung-protective strategies
• Perform ABG draws and interpret diagnostic results
• Conduct bedside spirometry, capnography, and sputum collection
• Respond to Codes and Rapid Response Team (RRT) calls
• Assist with bronchoscopies, intubations, conscious sedation procedures, and tracheostomy tube changes
• Maintain and manage artificial airways
• Perform naso-tracheal, endotracheal, and tracheostomy suctioning
• Monitor respiratory status during patient transports
• Provide respiratory care support for neonatal and pediatric patients
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and charge reconciliation
• Ensure respiratory equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) required
• Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapy license required
• Current BLS Certification required
• NRP Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
