Job Title: Radiologic Technologist – CT (Community)
Location: Syracuse, NY
Duration: 14 Weeks
Pay Rate:
Up to $61/hr (Local)
Up to $70/hr (Travel) – Based on Experience
Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Weekly Hours: 42.5 Hours | Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Radiologic Technologist – CT for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and radiographic imaging procedures as ordered by physicians and radiologists
• Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations
• Explain procedures and address patient concerns
• Operate CT and radiology equipment to obtain diagnostic images
• Ensure radiation safety and protection practices are followed
• Monitor patients during procedures and provide patient care
• Maintain accurate documentation in RIS system
• Identify and report equipment issues
• Follow departmental imaging protocols and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of imaging rooms and equipment
• Participate in on-call, weekends, and holiday coverage

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent required
• Active New York State License/Registration required
• Minimum 1 year CT experience required
• Knowledge of imaging techniques and radiation safety
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment
• Must pass pre-employment health clearance
