Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Travel LPN (T-LPN)

Unit/Area: Crystal Springs
Job Type: Contract – 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
About the Role:
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality resident care within a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision
Administer medications and prescribed treatments
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Perform basic wound care and dressing changes
Record vital signs and maintain accurate documentation
Follow care plans and facility protocols
Support infection control and patient safety practices
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active LPN license required
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Current BLS certification required
Strong clinical and patient care skills
Ability to work in fast-paced care environments
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
