Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Tucson, AZ
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Expected up to 40 Hours/Week)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $37–$56/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic assignment in a fast-paced clinical environment. This opportunity offers exposure to a strong post-surgical patient population while working alongside a supportive rehabilitation team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week
• Treat approximately 12–14 patients daily
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with clinical staff and rehabilitation teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage follow-up appointments in a fast-paced outpatient environment with expected double-booking workflows
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and therapy regulations

Patient Population:

• 100% outpatient orthopedic setting
• Approximately 50% post-surgical patients

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient rehabilitation environment
