Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Scottsboro, AL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Expected up to 40 Hours/Week)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $38–$53/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic assignment in a collaborative clinical environment. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and motivated new graduates looking to expand their orthopedic rehabilitation experience.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
• Manage a productivity expectation of approximately 60 patient visits per week
• Treat approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
• Educate patients on exercises, treatment plans, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and healthcare teams to support excellent patient outcomes
• Manage follow-up visits in a fast-paced outpatient setting with expected double-booking workflows
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
