Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics
Location: Jasper, AL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 8-Hour Day Shifts
Schedule: 36 Hours Guaranteed (Expected up to 40 Hours/Week)

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $39–$54/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. This opportunity is ideal for experienced clinicians as well as new graduates looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 12–14 patients
• Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 60 patient visits per week
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients on exercises, recovery goals, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with rehabilitation staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Manage follow-up visits in a high-volume outpatient setting, including expected double-booking workflows
• Maintain compliance with healthcare, safety, and documentation standards

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License required
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
