Job Title: CVOR Surgical Tech

Location: Lubbock, Texas

Shift: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Tech for a 13-week assignment in Lubbock, Texas. The ideal candidate will have strong Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical experience and be comfortable working in a high-acuity surgical environment within a Level II Trauma Center.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for cardiovascular and vascular surgical procedures
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during cardiothoracic and vascular surgeries
• Prepare surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment prior to procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs throughout operations
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards
• Maintain accurate handling and sterilization of surgical instruments and supplies
• Support efficient operating room workflow and patient care

Requirements

• Previous Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgical experience required
• Strong CVOR Surgical Tech experience required
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• First-time travelers accepted
