Location: Neptune, NJ 07753
Duration: 13 Weeks (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Schedule: 40 hours per week (4 days/week)
Shift: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic hematology/oncology team. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, supporting treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and support physicians in developing and executing treatment plans
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and adjust care plans as needed
• Administer medications and therapeutic nursing interventions safely and effectively
• Coordinate and manage patient care within an oncology setting
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with care standards
• Promote evidence-based practices and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver patient-centered care aligned with established nursing models
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare staff
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care oncology experience (adult inpatient setting)
• Experience with leukemia and lymphoma patient populations

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemotherapy certification
• Telemetry experience

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) – Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Certifications & Licensure

• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
• Active New Jersey RN License or Compact License
