Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join an inpatient rehabilitation team in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a rehab setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and therapists
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Work Schedule & Requirements:

• Day shift schedule (5x8-hour shifts)
• No on-call requirement
• Floating may be required based on facility needs

Required Qualifications:

• Active California SLP License (required at time of submission)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
