Title: Med-Surg Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Charles City, IA
Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shifts: Day Shift (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: Rotating schedule
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Med-Surg RN to join a critical access hospital setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting clinical teams in delivering safe and effective treatment across the medical-surgical unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior Med-Surg nursing experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Certifications Required

• Basic Life Support (BLS) – Required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – Preferred
