Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Finance Associate to support finance and business operations teams on a temporary basis. This role focuses on executing time-sensitive deliverables and ensuring accurate, timely financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recurring finance activities, including quarterly close processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate accuracy, and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice coordination
• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and finance operations
• Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive financial data

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including:
  • Pivot tables
  • Lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
  • Basic financial modeling
• Strong experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and large dataset management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
