Job Title: RN – LTC
Location: Gifford, IL
Pay Rate: $40–$45/hr
Schedule: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Position Overview:

Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered care
Administer medications and treatments
Monitor patient conditions overnight
Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

Active RN license
LTC experience preferred
BLS certification
Ability to work night shifts
