Position Title: Registered Nurse – Unit Manager (LTC)

Location: Falmouth, ME 04105
Duration: 13 Weeks

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $60 – $68/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
• Hours: 8 hours per shift (~40 hours/week)
• Overtime: Available

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RNUM) to lead clinical operations within a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while providing leadership, supervision, and support to nursing staff.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, oversee care coordination, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate resident care in alignment with individualized care plans and facility policies
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments in compliance with state and facility guidelines
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
• Conduct routine rounds and address resident and family concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
• COVID-19 Vaccination – Required

Experience

• 0–2 years of RN experience preferred
• Prior experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
