Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Smyrna, Tennessee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical setting while delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy programs to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility standards
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee (or compact license)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
