Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Evenings | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for a long-term care setting. This role involves providing compassionate, patient-centered care to residents across multiple units within the same facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a long-term care environment
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Assist with daily living activities and patient assessments
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN/LVN license (New York)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care or related setting
• Current BLS certification
