Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to support a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment specializing in plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures. This role works alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure safe, efficient surgical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments and instruments
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and organization of surgical tools
• Anticipate surgical team needs to support efficient workflow
• Adhere to all infection control and patient safety protocols
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Experience working in surgical or outpatient operating room settings

Preferred Qualifications

• AHA ACLS certification
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
• Certified Surgical Technologist (NBSTSA or NCCT)
