Assignment Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift & Schedule: Day Shift | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM (Schedule Varies)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a dynamic healthcare team for a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and experience delivering high-quality respiratory care across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management
• Monitor and evaluate patient response to treatments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations, including code blue and rapid response events
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• Flexibility to work varying day shifts as scheduled
