Employment Type: Contract (Travel/Local – Non-local candidates preferred)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy outpatient gynecologic oncology practice in Atlanta, GA. This role requires strong clinical expertise in oncology care, excellent patient management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients in an outpatient setting
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with established protocols
• Monitor patient conditions, assess treatment responses, and report changes appropriately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and follow-up care
• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Minimum Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State of Georgia or compact state)
• Minimum 2 years of recent oncology nursing experience
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification – Required
• AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification – Required
• Oncology Nursing Certification (ONC/OCN) – Required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
