Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a reliable and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care nursing facility in Omaha, Nebraska. The LPN will be responsible for delivering direct patient care, medication administration, and supporting residents with chronic and long-term health conditions during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately during assigned shifts
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to supervising RN or physician
• Provide care for residents in a long-term care setting, including geriatric and pulmonary patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and feeding
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Follow infection control protocols and facility safety standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Respond to patient needs and ensure overnight patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN License (Nebraska or Compact License)
• Minimum experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to work night shifts consistently
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• BLS Certification preferred or required per facility standards
