Job Title: Nurse Supervisor

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11206
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Nurse Supervisor to lead and support nursing operations across multiple units. This role is responsible for improving patient care outcomes, enhancing staff performance, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The Nurse Supervisor partners closely with nurse managers to evaluate unit performance, implement process improvements, and drive a culture of safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient care quality and outcomes
• Oversee and evaluate nursing staff performance across assigned units
• Collaborate with nurse managers to assess operations and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and execution of corrective action plans
• Establish and maintain systems for tracking medication errors and staff counseling
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement programs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience
• At least five (5) years of leadership or supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing
