Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic. This role involves treating a diverse patient population with a focus on neurological and orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining strong productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions
• Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Manage a daily caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
• Minimum outpatient experience preferred
• Experience with neuro and orthopedic patient populations strongly preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
