Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join an outpatient setting. This role involves supporting physical therapists in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring effective treatment outcomes.

Key Details

• Setting: Outpatient (preferred experience)
• Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed; potential to work up to 40 hours/week
• Productivity Expectation: ~60 patient visits per week
• Daily Volume: 12–14 patients per day
• Scheduling Model: Double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Floating: May be required to float to other clinic locations

Requirements

• Active PTA license (state-specific)
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Open to new graduates and first-time travelers
• Strong communication and patient care skills
