Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a MedSurg/Telemetry unit. This is a 32-bed unit serving adult and geriatric patient populations, offering an opportunity to work in a fast-paced acute care environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to MedSurg and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and manage telemetry equipment
• Administer medications, including heparin drips and other acute treatments
• Care for trauma patients and manage complex clinical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum experience in MedSurg/Telemetry (required)
• BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong experience with cardiac monitoring and acute care medications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Skilled Nursing or Rehabilitation settings
• Prior NICHE training
