Senior Data Platform Engineer – Cloud & GenAI Enablement

Location: US / Canada (Remote/Hybrid)
Type: Contract / Full-Time

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to drive the development of scalable data infrastructures that support AI/ML and GenAI applications. This role plays a critical part in enabling enterprise-wide data and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions

Enable integration of AI/ML and GenAI workloads into data ecosystems

Ensure governance, security, and compliance across data platforms

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, or BigQuery

Hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Solid understanding of data modeling, ingestion, and transformation

Nice to Have:

Experience with Python, PyTorch, and ML frameworks

Familiarity with LangChain or GenAI/agentic AI implementations

Exposure to Responsible AI and compliance standards
