Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Independence, Missouri. This role is well-suited for professionals who are committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care while thriving in a structured and productivity-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a consistent caseload and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Missouri
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience Requirements

• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
