Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in McKinney, Texas. This opportunity is well-suited for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, productivity-driven environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse orthopedic caseload.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention

Candidate Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas
• Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
