Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient assignment focused on general orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing a high-volume caseload while delivering quality patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients with orthopedic conditions
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain productivity standards of approximately 60 visits per week
• Perform accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility guidelines
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Delaware
• Minimum experience in outpatient settings required
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
