Job Title: LVN / LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Rochester, NY 14612
Job Type: Contract (8 Weeks, with high possibility of extension)

Compensation:

• Local Pay: $1,300/week
• Travel Pay: $1,520/week

Schedule:

• Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
• Flexibility for Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide quality care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience required
• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Certifications & Licensure:

• Active LPN/LVN license (New York State)
• BLS Certification (AHA) required
