Duration: 13-week assignment

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Ambulatory Care Registered Nurse to support a busy outpatient/primary care setting. The ideal candidate will be confident in delivering patient-centered care with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory/primary care environment
• Perform patient assessments and assist with care planning
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Support physicians and healthcare providers during patient visits
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Active state RN license required at time of submission
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience (within the past 2 years)
• Primary care experience required
• Experience in ambulatory or urgent care settings preferred
• Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
