• Hours: 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM
• Schedule: 5x8s (40 hours/week)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join a clinical sleep lab team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive sleep studies, ensure accurate data collection, and deliver high-quality patient care in a professional healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sleep Study & Patient Care

• Conduct polysomnographic (sleep) studies
• Review physician orders, patient history, and protocols
• Educate and prepare patients for procedures
• Monitor and document patient responses during studies

Clinical Procedures

• Perform diagnostic sleep testing across patient populations
• Identify and respond to sleep disorders and abnormalities
• Ensure accurate scoring, data collection, and reporting

Safety & Compliance

• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies

Team Collaboration

• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care
• Support team operations and mentor junior staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RPSGT Certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years of sleep lab experience
• Strong knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
