Physical Therapist (Traveller)

Location: Wheat Ridge, CO
Shift: Day Shift
Duration: Contract

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore functional independence. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient-centered care, and coordination with the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation interventions
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and recovery
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards
• Utilize therapy equipment and modalities effectively

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s / Master’s / DPT)
• Active Colorado Physical Therapist License
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Prior experience preferred
