Assignment Details

• Duration: 42 Weeks
• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Hours: 37.5–40 hours/week (All billable)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based setting, supporting students from birth to age 21. This role focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services while collaborating with educators and families to support student success.

Key Details

• Setting: School-Based
• Caseload: ~30 students
• Flexibility: Open to full-time and part-time candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs
• Provide therapy aligned with student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and care teams
• Conduct evaluations and screenings
• Ensure compliance with special education regulations

Required Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP License (in hand)
• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates considered)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with early intervention and school-age populations
• Ability to manage multi-site coordination
• Strong adaptability in educational environments
