Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles across the US market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-cycle US IT recruitment for various technical roles
  • Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
  • Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, availability, rate, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews with US clients and hiring managers across different time zones
  • Understand and work with client requirements, SLAs, and turnaround times
  • Negotiate pay rates, bill rates, and employment terms with candidates
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in ATS and CRM systems
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of active and passive US IT candidates
  • Ensure compliance with US hiring standards and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Proven experience in US IT staffing / recruitment
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets
  • Hands-on experience with US job portals (Dice, Monster, CB, TechFetch, etc.)
  • Knowledge of US work authorization and visa types (US Citizen, GC, GC-EAD, H1B, OPT, CPT)
  • Familiarity with US time zones and client communication etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with MSP/VMS clients (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, PRO Unlimited)
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environments
  • Experience in contract staffing and rate negotiations
