Job Title: SEO / Digital Optimization Specialist
Location: New York, NY (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role Overview

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced SEO / Digital Optimization Specialist to enhance search visibility and drive organic growth for a high-traffic digital platform. This role plays a critical part in maintaining and improving search performance, particularly during website redesign and optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Optimize website structure, content, and metadata for improved search performance
• Monitor, analyze, and report on keyword rankings and overall SEO performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during site redesign to preserve and improve rankings
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement best practices
• Support analytics, reporting, and performance tracking initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience working with large-scale or high-traffic websites
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience using SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining or improving SEO rankings during website migrations or redesigns
• Strong technical SEO expertise (site architecture, indexing, crawlability, etc.)
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
