Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse / Infection Preventionist / Staff Educator to lead compliance, infection control, and staff training initiatives, ensuring high-quality patient care and regulatory readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee QA programs, audits, QAPI/PIPs, and survey readiness
• Review CASPER reports, analyze data, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and investigate non-compliance
• Conduct infection control rounds; track and trend infections (McGeer criteria)
• Lead Infection Control Committee and initiatives
• Develop and deliver staff education, training, and competency validation

Qualifications

• Active AZ RN/LPN License
• Infection Preventionist Certification
• Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Valid driver’s license

Skills

• Strong QA, compliance, and long-term care knowledge (OBRA)
• Data analysis and performance improvement experience
• Excellent communication and training skills
