Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC provides comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting. This role focuses on medication administration, patient monitoring, and delivering compassionate care to patients with chronic conditions, including Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform medication passes accurately
• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans
• Support patients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other chronic conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation using systems such as PointClickCare
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Schedule & Work Details

• Mid Shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts (2:30 PM – 10:45 PM)
• Every other weekend required
• Local candidates only
• No schedule changes or additional time-off requests after offer

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (state-specific, required at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS certification
• COVID-19 vaccination required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in LTC setting
• Experience in rehab, med-surg, or hospital settings
• Familiarity with PointClickCare
