Schedule & Shift Details:

• Day Shift
• Monday – Friday
• 08:30 AM – 04:30 PM
• 5 × 8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• Block scheduling not available
• Orientation: 40 hours (Non-billable)

Work Setting:

• Outpatient Physical Therapy Unit
• Patient Load: 11–12 patients per day
• Patient Population: Orthopedic, Neurological, and Geriatric

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists in an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on patient support and contributing to patient recovery and mobility improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient care and treatment activities
• Prepare treatment areas, equipment, and therapy materials
• Support patients with exercises and mobility under supervision
• Monitor and report patient progress to therapists
• Clean and maintain therapy equipment and treatment areas
• Assist with patient transport within the facility
• Ensure a safe and supportive patient environment
• Support administrative tasks including scheduling and documentation
• Follow clinic policies and safety protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a PT Aide or in a rehabilitation setting preferred
• Experience with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric patients is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Basic understanding of physical therapy practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
