Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long Term Care
Location: Ellensburg, WA
Duration: 10 Weeks
Schedule: 5x8 Shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights)
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient health status
• Record patient medical history, symptoms, and care updates
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring for side effects
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Perform wound care, including cleaning and dressing changes
• Assist with medical procedures and patient examinations
• Operate and monitor medical equipment
• Collect blood, urine, and other specimens for laboratory testing
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards

Requirements:

• Active Washington State RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
