Shift Details:

• 8-hour Day Shifts
• 36 hours guaranteed per week (up to 40 hours expected)
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the director

Job Description:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join an outpatient orthopedic setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality rehabilitative care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and restoring functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat outpatient orthopedic patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12–14 patients per day
• Maintain productivity target of ~60 visits per week
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team members
• Float to nearby clinics if required

Requirements:

• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates accepted
• First-time travelers accepted
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to meet productivity expectations
