Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab
Location: Lawton, OK
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Schedule: 8-hour shifts with rotating on-call (evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role involves supporting both diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral procedures while delivering comprehensive patient care throughout all procedural phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac and peripheral catheterization procedures
• Monitor and assess patients throughout diagnostic and interventional cases
• Operate and support advanced cath lab technologies, including IVUS, OCT, and atherectomy devices
• Provide thorough pre-procedure and post-procedure patient care and monitoring
• Prepare patients and assist with transport to and from procedural areas
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Collaborate effectively with cardiologists, interventional radiologists, and multidisciplinary care teams

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of Cath Lab or acute cardiac care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and emergency response skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure procedural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with interventional cardiology procedures
