• Travel Rate: $2,993/Week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Labor & Delivery for an exciting Travel or Local job in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring safety of mother and newborn
• Utilize expertise in IV insertion and phlebotomy for patient stabilization and ongoing care
• Administer and monitor conscious sedation for specialized procedures
• Collaborate with obstetricians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams for low-risk and high-risk deliveries

Qualifications

Experience & Education

• Minimum of two (2) years of Maternal and Child nursing experience required
• At least two (2) years of IV insertion and phlebotomy experience required
• At least two (2) years of experience with conscious sedation required
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN/ADN) from an accredited program required

Certifications & Licensure

• Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License required
• Primary Source Verification from NYSED required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
