Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join an Ambulatory Care setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient environment and demonstrate strong clinical assessment and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory/outpatient setting
• Perform patient assessments and monitor health status
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up instructions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1.5 years of recent RN experience in an acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Experience:

• Ambulatory care or urgent care experience
• Experience with EPIC EMR system

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New York State
• BLS certification required
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
