Pay Details:

• Local: Up to $70/hr (based on experience)
• Travel: Up to $75/hr (based on experience)
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week (facility requirement)

Job Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The role requires strong telemetry monitoring skills, medical-surgical experience, and the ability to manage complex patient conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to telemetry and monitored patients
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and patient status
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and clinical treatments
• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy as required
• Assist with conscious sedation procedures when needed
• Monitor vital signs and respond to patient condition changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital protocols
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New York State
• ADN/ASN required
• Minimum 1 year Medical-Surgical experience
• Minimum 1 year Telemetry experience
• Minimum 2 years IV insertion and phlebotomy experience
• Minimum 2 years conscious sedation experience
• Current BLS (AHA) required
• Current ACLS (AHA) required
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a high-acuity environment
