Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support physical therapy services in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Active Florida PTA License – Required at time of submission
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment\
