Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering radiation therapy treatments and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Prepare and position patients for accurate treatment delivery
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions
• Collaborate with oncology and multidisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
• Ability to work in an acute care setting
• Willingness to float between similar units as needed
• Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Qualifications:

• ARRT (T) certification – Required
• BLS certification – Required
• Active state license (if applicable, must be in hand at submission)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
