Schedule: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts)

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team for evening and night shifts. The CNA will provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines
• Monitor and document resident vital signs, behavior, and overall condition
• Serve as a safety companion for residents when required
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality care delivery
• Maintain infection control standards and safe care environments
• Accurately document care in resident charts and electronic health records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Wisconsin
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
