Location: New York, NY 10004 (Onsite)
Duration: 8 Weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 35 hours/week


Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud to support implementation and optimization initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and enhance learning and compliance solutions within Oracle HCM.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design workshops with HR, workforce development, and compliance teams to define learning structures and strategies
  • Configure and implement Oracle Learning Cloud (courses, learning paths, certifications, and compliance programs)
  • Design automated learning assignment rules based on position, department, location, and employee status
  • Ensure compliance tracking for mandatory training (e.g., HIPAA, safety, regulatory standards)
  • Manage integration between Oracle Learning and Core HCM modules (Position Management, employee lifecycle events)
  • Develop dashboards and reports using OTBI to track completion rates, compliance, and certification status
  • Support data migration from legacy LMS systems ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
  • Lead testing cycles including UAT, issue tracking, and resolution coordination
  • Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Mentor junior analysts and serve as a functional subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Oracle Learning Cloud
  • Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Learning assignment rules
    • Certification and compliance tracking
    • Data migration and system integrations
  • Familiarity with highly regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, public sector)
  • Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with legacy LMS platforms (e.g., PeopleSoft Learning Management)
  • Exposure to Redwood learning experience (nice to have)
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance training frameworks

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

Certifications

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (preferred)
