Job Title: LPN / LVN – Ambulatory Care

Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)

Work Schedule: Day Shift – 5x8 Hours (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM), Monday–Friday
Weekend Requirement: Rotating Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

Location: Rochester, NY

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to provide patient care in an ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, supporting clinical operations and delivering high-quality patient care across a diverse patient population, including pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Administer injections and medications as directed
• Perform EKGs and assist with diagnostic procedures
• Conduct nasopharyngeal swabs and other clinical tasks
• Perform blood pressure checks and ear flushes
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
• Float to other units or clinics as needed

Qualifications:

• Active LPN/LVN license (state-specific)
• Experience in ambulatory care and pediatrics preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, dependable, and adaptable
