Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Care (Days)
Location: Milbank, SD
Pay Rate: $40 – $45/hr (based on experience)
Facility Type: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Shift: Day Shift (Variable 12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours/week

Position Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) team. This role offers a day-shift schedule with flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive LTC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor, document, and report resident conditions, vital signs, and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Educate residents and families regarding care plans, wellness, and health maintenance
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Dakota
• Experience in Long-Term Care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
