Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is a skilled Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in a hospital setting. This role involves operating radiographic equipment, ensuring high-quality imaging for physician interpretation, and maintaining patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-ray and related radiology exams) as ordered by physicians
• Accurately position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Operate radiology equipment safely in accordance with hospital protocols
• Adhere to radiation safety standards to protect patients and staff
• Verify patient identity and review imaging orders prior to procedures
• Ensure proper image labeling and accurate documentation
• Assist physicians and radiologists during procedures when required
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of imaging equipment and work areas
• Communicate procedures clearly to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation
• Follow infection control policies and safety standards
• Coordinate with radiology staff to ensure efficient patient workflow
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (preferred)
• ARRT certification (preferred/required per facility guidelines)
• Massachusetts state licensure (if applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred/required)
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and occasional holidays
